Tatsu Nishino

Japanese contemporary artist Tatzu Nishino usually uses public space to build rooms around public monuments or architectural elements. In collaboration with Tatzu Nishino, lammfromm original mug cup modeling the “The Merlion Hotel” which is the art installation exhibited at Singapore Biennale 2011.

- About Artist
- Japanese contemporary artist Tatzu Nishino creates with keywords “laugh, violence, sexy” and concept “plain and simple”. Everyone could enjoy and feel surprise through his humorous and adventurous artwork. He usually uses public space to build rooms around public monuments or architectural elements. His most recent project is “The Merlion Hotel” created for Singapore Biennale 2011. The project comprises a luxurious hotel room built around the main symbol of singapore, the Merlion.
